  1. Current Payment Policy
    • All payment for any product on the Valuecoast Digital Hub platform will be made via the Valuecoast Digital Hub payment system.
    • Valuecoast Digital Hub will not be responsible for any transaction made outside the Valuecoast Digital Hub system.
    • Any payment made without regard to this payment policy could result in outright banning of your account.
    • Our typical policy is to collect payment on the date of service when we deliver products.
    • You will not receive any product or service until your payment has been confirmed.
    • After which the product will be sent to your product library which you can access at any time from your Valuecoast Digital Hub account dashboard.
  2. Current Refund Policy

Our courses are designed with steps and guides to help elevate you next to your entrepreneurial dream. We expect you to do the work within the courses that you bought.

Unlike tangible products, digital products cannot be returned once they downloaded onto your system.

You will have to submit photo proof of the entire courses showing the work that the courses teach with your request to receive a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied with the level of support you are receiving from us after purchasing one of our support packages, please contact us with your concerns so that we can address this issue immediately. We value you as a client and strive for your satisfaction.
